But excessive heat exposure can cause conditions such as heat exhaustion and sunstroke due to dehydration. It is very important to drink a lot of water during summer to stay hydrated. Eating healthy food that is high in water content replenishes your body without any artificial flavors.

If you’re feeling hungry or looking for a snack, here are some healthy fruits and vegetables that are high in water content, which will keep you cool and refreshed.

 

Bell Peppers

Raw colorful bell peppers contain 92% water, and are loaded with various vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin K1, potassium, & folate.

Blueberries

Blueberries contain 85% water content, and it is also a good source of dietary fiber, vitamin C, vitamin K, and manganese.

Broccoli
