24HRMED Annual Team Building Event
On August 17, 2018, 24HRMED corporate team members headed to Ronald Reagan Park in Diamond Bar for their annual team building event. Although it was hot out, team members were ready to face off one another in multiple team building activities and games. Corporate members were divided into four teams through a random draw. Games included two ice breakers, and a relay. Each team members will work together to solve trivia/riddles, complete a short race, and go head to head in a very competitive game of Jenga. The team with the most points by the end of the games wins. During lunch, our Human Resources manager counted the scores and team The Hammer came out victorious with the highest score! Congrats Team!! 2017 24HRMED Kick-Off Meeting
On Jan. 25, 2017, 24 Hour Medical Staffing Services, LLC (24HRMED) hosted their kick-off meeting. Corporate employees gather together to highlight the previous year’s accomplishments and goals for 2017 fiscal year. After Breakfast, we started off the day with CEO & President Linda Stone giving a welcome message, followed by inspirational speaker, Richard Hoag. Richard Hoag’s speech was motivating and interactive. Next, each department presented their accomplishments, goals, and updates for 2017. Our first presentation was by Sales Delivery Manager Myrna Lavapie. She also introduced her current, and new team members who joined our 24HRMED family in 2016. After, CEO & President Linda Stone presented the overall company goals and objectives, as well as a brief introduction of her Marketing & Operations team members. Last week, 24-Hour Medical Staffing Services celebrated their 16th anniversary. Employees showed their company pride by coming into work wearing green. When employees walked into the office, they were greeted by a happy birthday sign and balloons decorated in front of the conference room. That same week, we continued our celebration with another COSi Tiger Team Graduation. Team R&D and Team Money were awarded with certificates for their completion of phase 1. 24-Hour Medical Staffing Services Hosts Grand Opening at New Corporate Offices
On October 9, 2014, 24-Hour Medical Staffing Services hosted a grand opening celebration at its new corporate offices in the Gateway Corporate Center in Diamond Bar, California. The company celebrated this milestone event with an open house that included food and beverage service in their new suite following a ribbon cutting ceremony at the patio entrance to the building. There was a strong turnout of invited guests including clients, employees, strategic partners, friends, Chamber of Commerce ambassadors, Board members and staff, as well as representation from elected officials. The emcee for the ribbon cutting ceremony was Melanie Coward of the San Gabriel Valley Chamber of Commerce with opening remarks by Ernie Bumatay, 24-Hour Medical Staffing Services President, and congratulatory remarks by various dignitaries. At the Kaiser Permanente vendor Summit hosted by AMN Healthcare Services Inc. at AMN’s San Diego, California Corporate Offices on March 21, 2014, Justin Tomlin, AMN Regional Vice President, Managed Services, announced that 24-Hour Medical Staffing Services was named Most Engaged Per Diem supplier for their high volume support of Kaiser Permanente during fiscal year 2013. This award reflected 24-Hour Medical Staffing Services’ strong support of Kaiser Permanente hospitals throughout the state of California. At an AMN Healthcare Services Inc. breakfast meeting with their suppliers on October 25, 2013 at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park Hotel, Becky Kahn, Division President of AMN announced that 24 Hour Medical Staffing Services was named AMN’s Most Valued Partner-Travel Nurse staffing for fiscal year 2013. Award criteria included reliability, consistency, customer satisfaction, ability to work well with AMN managers, and business volume.
